Philosophy
Under the watchful eye of founder Karen Gilman, Finelines has become one of the most respected workrooms in the country. For over twenty years we have produced window treatments, pillows and bedding of the highest caliber says Karen.
Beginning with the initial consultation through completion of the finished product, the Finelines team works closely with the designer to accomplish their vision. Ranging from automated shades to traditional drapery, Finelines is committed to creating beautiful products that work.
Workroom
Finelines, 8000 square foot workroom is located just north of Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. The company occupies a two story building, providing ample work space for production.
The first level houses offices and a large work area, complete with sewing stations, modular cutting tables and fabric storage racks that easily accommodate grand scale projects. The second level is divided into several areas where sewing specialists detail custom curtains, pillows and bedding envisioned by the industry’s most celebrated interior designers.
